Keith & Jane Wright
Keith and Jane Wright have been married 33 years, they have three grown children and a 11 year old granddaughter.
Keith and Jane met while serving in the United States Navy and then settled back in Waycross Georgia which was where Keith grew up. Jane was born and raised is the upper peninsula of Michigan, leaving in 1989 when she joined the United States Navy. Keith is a retired veteran and a former Ware County deputy sheriff, Jane has worked in executive management for the same company over the last 30 years.
Keith and Jane love the Lord, their family and their community and look forward to making lifelong friends with those they meet at the RV park. Keith and Janes goal is to not just provide a parking spot for an RV but provide their guests an experience that keep bringing them back!
Eric & Lisa Manders
Eric and Lisa Manders have been married for 15 years and have been together for over 22 years. Both presiding from Ware County, Georgia, they have 2 children, Alex Manders and Meagan Welch and 2 grandchildren, Madeline and Lainey.
Eric and Lisa are both excited about embarking on the journey of opening an RV park, which brings the promise of creating a haven for travelers seeking adventure and relaxation.

We accept 2000 or newer RVs as well as remodeled RV’s: class A, B, & C motor homes, travel trailers, and 5th wheels. RV’s must be fully self-contained, in good repair, neat and clean in appearance.

Dogs and Cats are allowed. No pet shall be allowed to run loose in the park and no pet shall be left tied outside, unattended by the RV owner. Special trained pets for the handicapped, such as seeing eye dogs or trained hearing dogs, are allowed and may be of bigger size. Pet owners must clean up after their pets, including all pet excrement.
